I’m waiting on a few more electronic parts to show up – I need a voltage regulator so I don’t fry the select-fire board – but we’re making the Galactic Commander fire short darts before it disappears from shelves completely!
There were already files online for modifying the Nerf N Series Sprinter (from Lucian on Printables and from NyteRyder101 on Thingiverse), which included magazine adapters, cages, and dart guides. I had to remix one of the dart guides to fit the Galactic Commander, as well as designing a new pusher. Beyond that, though, the existing cages and mag adapters already work!
I’ve put the new files online at Thingiverse, with more to come later if needed.
Let’s see if I can get this done before games this weekend!
