Everything out of the Crossbolt box.
The Crossbolt is one of the more unusual and more interesting blasters released in 2015. It’s a bullpup clip (mag) blaster, which hasen’t happened since the 2012 Rayven (and its repaints), but more importantly is a stringer clip (mag) blaster, which is a first. How does it compare to its more conventional springer and flywheeler cousins?

Review: BoomCo Breakflip (15m)

The Breakflip is one of the newer BoomCo blasters, released well after the original batch and sporting a distinct and unique colour scheme. More importantly, it promises a continuation of BoomCo’s clip system with a flick-prime capable blaster. How does the Breakflip compare to Nerf’s clip (mag) system blasters?
Nerf Announces it’s 2016 Fall Blasters
January 22, 2016Toy Fair is around the corner, but Nerf already has something new for it’s fans!
Leading up to Toy Fair, Nerf goes ahead and announces their new blasters for the year. This year we have 4 new ones of the Rival, Mega, and N-Strike styles. These large blasters will be sold starting Fall 2016, so keep an eye out at your local stores.

BOOMco Mad Slammer Review

To be honest, the BOOMco Mad Slammer isn’t something you’ll like on first glance. Its a simple, non-intimidating red colored toy blaster. That’s what it is. No shields, no hidden shotguns, not even a trigger. People usually go either for a blaster’s aesthetics or its practicality, so its no big surprise that it hasn’t endeared itself to either of the demographics. And that’s really unfortunate, because underneath all that gaudy red mediocrity, the BOOMco Mad Slammer is versatile, fun and justifies its name and position in the BOOMco lineup. Let’s check it out!
Review: Buzz Bee Ultra Tek Sidewinder (15m)
While Buzz Bee’s Ultra Tek line was mostly entirely new blasters, it did have a re-release in the form of the Sidewinder. Besides some new aesthetics, the Sidewinder is (as far as I’m aware) unchanged from its old form. Does it belong alongside Buzz Bee’s excellent clip (mag) system blasters?
