Best Nerf Stocking Stuffers of 2024!

Back in November, I made a list for the best blaster gifts for the holidays. While some blasters on that list can get down to $20 or less, they aren’t necessarily the small things you can stuff in a bag – or a decorative holiday sock, for that matter. To that end, here are a few ideas, especially now that the days are limited!

Nerf N Series Ward

In case you didn’t hear, Nerf had a complete revamp of their main line this year, complete with a new standard dart. Naturally, that conflicts with all the other (formerly) compatible brands on the market…but if you don’t mind adopting the new standard, then one blaster was made specifically as an introduction.

The N Series Ward comes in at just $5 MSRP (possibly cheaper these days), and while it doesn’t come with extra darts, it comes with enough performance to at least tempt you to buy more. The ones I’ve used work well, it demonstrates an appreciable increase in base performance, and it’s simply fun. Which is the whole reason we use these things, right?

If that’s not your style, there are other options…

Xshot Blastercorn

Let’s go the other direction, shall we? Not necessarily in performance (the Blastercorn hits great velocities using the “old” standard 1/2″ diameter darts), but in style.

It’s odd to see a company take so many tangents in blaster design and decoration (if the various “Skins” on shelves have been any clue), but when you’re willing to straight up have a Unicorn shoot darts from its horn while the wings flap, it’s worth a look.

This one is a clear win for Xshot, in my book.

Adventure Force Desperado

Another blaster for just under $10! And this one is, objectively, the best double-action blaster we’ve seen to date. It’s easy to use, offers good performance, and if anyone in your family tinkers with 3d printing, then it’s easy to find or buy spring spacers or alternative ammo cylinders to increase performance or vary ammo compatibility.

You could, of course, stuff two of these in a stocking so that the recipient can use one in each hand…but that might be too much power for one person.

Keep one for yourself?
