Nerf N-Strike Elite Delta Trooper Review
June 3, 2018The first of the new wave of Nerf blasters is here! Kinda. I had to run to Canada to pick up a Delta Trooper, but US appearances shouldn’t be far behind.
The Delta Trooper is the newest “base” spring-powered, magazine-fed blaster, and it carries over both the Retaliator’s basic operation and the Alpha Trooper’s slam fire capabilities. It does its job well, even if there are some things consumers might desire (pump-action priming, for one). And after a first day of not liking the design, it’s started to grow on me.

May 28, 2018I just realized that I’ve been working on things for this all weekend, but have yet to actually advertise the event on Blasterhub! Failure to promote, indeed.
Endwar HvZ is back for another run in Athens, OH this June (22-24). Last year was a great success. This year I won’t be playing, as I’m actually helping to run it! It’s one of the reasons my free time has been sparse as of late, especially when it comes to posting reviews on here.

Stats Blast Hover Shot Review
May 19, 2018ToysRUs, at least in the United States, is on its last legs thanks to bankruptcy and liquidation. However, TRU has several in-house brands that had products in the distribution pipeline, including the Stats Blast blaster line. The first of these products is on shelves, assuming your store hasn’t been cleared out yet. It’s a simple target game with a small pistol, based on this original version. It may not be worth the original $20 asking price, but for a discount you might like it.

Xshot Regenerator Review
May 12, 2018The Regenerator is Xshot’s budget answer to the idea of Nerf Modulus. Modeled similarly to the Nerf Battlescout, it features its own version of tactical rails, accessories, and barrel attachments. For $30 and decent [upgrade-able] performance, it’s not a bad option. It just has the unfortunate luck to have appeared on ToysRUs shelves right after bankruptcy was declared.
